Shipping policy

We offer several forms of shipping to our consumers. Most orders come with a tracking number, with the exception of stickers, which are mailed with a stamp via USPS. If your order has not arrived within the allotted window, please keep in mind business days and residential/commercial property might differ depending on location, but feel free to contact us at info@doodledogtown.com if you have any concerns regarding your order ship status.

Apparel, Home Decor, and Accessories Ship Separately

T-shirts, Hoodies, Apparel, Mugs, and Pillows will ship separately from other items in our shop. Shipping is included in the price of all of these products. These items are printed when you place your order, which means zero waste! Typically, these items production time averages 3-5 days with shipping around 2-3 days. 

SHIPPING

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS. Shipping fees and options will be calculated based on weight upon checkout. Once dispatched from our end, please allow 2-3 days transit time. Orders placed on holidays or weekends may experience a slight delay.

RETURN SHIPPING 

for returns, please mail your product to:

Doodle Dog Town, 2446 Prescott Drive, Montgomery, IL 60538, United States. To aid in processing your return, please include your full name and order number. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
